Ordering

How Do I Place An Order ?
Simply select the parts you required, using the order button on our website. After completion of your shopping list, simply proceed through the checkout to enter your billing and shipping address. The shipping options to your country will then be shown and this amount is added to your shopping cart. Finally you can enter your credit card details and password if necessary to complete your order. A confirmation screen will appear with your order number and a confirmation order email, will also be sent to your email account.

What Is The Minimum Order ?
There is no minimum order amount or small order surcharge. Simply complete your order directly on our website for any order value.

How Much Is The Shipping Cost ?
The shipping charges are based on your order value and can be easily calculated by referring to our Shipping Rates Page , the shipping charge is also shown during the checkout process.

Can You Deliver To My Country ?
DEAO delivers to all around the world that are served by the Postal and Courier Companies. For the shipping rates to your country, please refer to our Shipping Rates

What Payment Options Are Available ?

Do I Receive A Shipping Confirmation ?
Yes, a confirmation email is sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. For Express Post and Courier shipments, this includes a tracking number for you to follow your delivery with the shipping company

How Do I Track My Shipment ?
For Express Post and Courier shipments, these can be tracked directly on the courier companies website.

My Shipment Has Not Arrived, How Do I Check ?
If you have a tracking number for your shipment, this can be checked directly with the delivery company, either Fedex, DHL, UPS or USPS. For standard post shipment, where a registered shipping number is provided, please check this with your local post office.

Do You Accept Credit Cards ?
Yes, we can accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express

What Credit Cards Can You Accept ?
We can accept all major cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. For debit cards, please check this with your bank if these can be used for internet transactions.

Can I Pay By Paypal ?
Yes, payment by paypal is fine. Simply complete your Shopping List on our website using the shopping cart and email us a copy of your cart. We can then confirm this amount and send you details of how to transfer to our paypal account.

What Other Payment Options Are Available ?
